1) Who is Luis Steven?
Luis Steven LLC is a designer of high quality multipurpose bags and accessories, specializing in briefcases and laptop bags. The company was founded by Luis Castaner and Steven Brian in Los Angeles, Ca.
2) What type of products do you make?
Our existing line consists briefcases, laptop bags and shoulder bags in 3 main styles: Standard, Backpack and Tote. With the exception of the totes, most of our designs are unisex and vary in colors and textures to add as much excitement as an individual would like to express. We will continue to expand and diversify our product line in the future.
3) Where are your products made?
Our bags are manufactured in China from parts sourced out Internationally. Our manufacturer specializes in top grain leather products, keeping a high quality standard.
4) What fabrics are used?
Our leather is top grain leather from Italy using environment friendly vegetable dyes. The lining is a synthetic faux suede made in Italy.
5) How do I know my laptop fits in the bag?
Each laptop manufacturer uses different width sizes, therefore we’ve designed our bags to fit 3 size categories of laptop sizes, the diagonal length of the screen of 17”, 15” and 12”. Please measure the width of your laptop and compare it to the height (Backpacks) or width (Totes and Briefcases) of your preferred bag style. The bags’ measurements are stated as part of the bags’ description in the website point of sale page.
6) Where can I purchase a Luis Steven bag?
Currently the website is the only point of purchase but we are working on a retail store plan.
7) What if I don’t like the color when I receive my purchase?
You can return the bag for a color exchange or full refund. Please refer to our returns instructions section.
8) What if my bag breaks?
We provide a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. Please refer to our warranty section in this site to understand what our warranty covers.
Although we can’t guarantee the safety of the laptops, we’ve designed our laptop bags to be fully padded to maximize the safety of your equipment.
